Sleeper Cell is a well-known Indianapolis-based hip-hop collective. They succeed in blending old-school rap mentality with modern-day production. When designing their debut album, SoulSizzle was able to create album packaging that was able to capture the power of the Sleeper Cell name without playing off the negative connotations associated with it.
